Tasting notes: has a nice pink colour and an aroma of red fruits suggesting strawberries, raspberries and cherries. It is rich and presents a fruity flavor with balanced acidity that makes it light and fresh.
Recommended serving temperature: 10º to 12ºC (50 to 54º F)
Serving suggestion: it’s ideal as aperitif and when drunk paired with salads, seafood, poultry, pâté and grilled meats.
Drinking Suggestion: it can be drunk now or stored for 2 to 3 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable.
