Tasting notes: it is slightly golden citrine coloured, with an aroma of tropical fruits. It’s rich in fruit, full, and presents good volume. It’s balanced and having a cool and persistent finish.
Recommended serving temperature: 10º to 12ºC (50 to 54º F)
Serving suggestion: it’s ideal as aperitif or pairing with grilled or baked fish dishes, shellfish and white meats.
Drinking Suggestion: it can be drunk now or stored for 2 to 3 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable.
