Tasting notes: this wine has a complex aroma of mature dark fruits with hints of balsamic and toast from the ageing in barrels. The flavor is rich and fruity, full-bodied, velvety and with a long persistent finish.
Recommended serving temperature: 18º to 20ºC (64 to 68º F)
Serving suggestion: this wine is excellent with roasts, game, well-seasoned dishes, all kind of dried salt codfish dishes as well as strong cheeses.
Drinking Suggestion: it can be drunk now or stored for 5 to 8 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable.
